get rid of global offers and wants search

since there's no such thing as 'global offers and wants' yet we should take that search option off the menu at the marketplace

Fixed.



For future troubleshooting... That section is from the Tabs Block. I removed it by changing the block settings so it will not appear on any pages at path "/marketplace*" This allows the block to show up on other pages where it has different uses, depending on the context.

After I removed it, I added back the ability to sort by offer/want by editing the marketplace view and adding that field as a filter.
