A support ticket system would be helpful

We could use a support ticket system to keep track of support requests.

Members can search support requests and create new ones. 



Comments generate email to each person on the thread.

Site editors can change the Ticket Status.

Still need to clean up the display and switch to flags/rules to change status when that is available in drupal 8.

Will close this ticket for now as it works well enough to get us started.
