Timebanking: Access Denied

Hello!
When I try to access the timebanking marketplace, I get the message "Access Denied". How can we fix that?

Hi Bene - I don't see any issues that should cause that. Are you sure you were logged in? Please try again and let me know if it happens again and note the time (so I can look in the error log.) Thanks, Jon

I probably hadn't yet unblocked Bene's account when the ticket was created.
