Hello members of the Madison Mutual Aid Network (MAN) Cooperative,

TOMORROW, Friday 10/28/22 at 3pmCDT we begin a weekly HOME Economics series with HOME Ec 101: an overview. This will take place at the Social Justice Center 1202 Williamson St. and on zoom here.

Learn about the different economic tools and practices we use to build our version of mutual aid networks, a type of networked cooperative designed (by us and global partners!) to create means for everyone to discover and succeed in work they want to do, with the support of their communities.

Every Friday at 3 we'll hone in on a different segment of our cooperative economy.

See the calendar for more details about workshops and events, and email us if you're interested but need a different time to suit your schedule. We're happy to add sessions when and as people need them.

There's much more at that calendar- feel free to join in what interests you.

And make your plans for ----

FRIDAY November 11, 5-7pm

At the Social Justice Center 1202 Williamson St.

Join us for the Madison Mutual Aid Network (MAN because we're the new The Man) Cooperative's Rebirthday Party and annual meeting.

We'll have food, drinks, time to catch up with old friends, and some fun activities to learn what each other is up to and how we can support each other in more fun and meaningful ways. And elect our Board of Directors! The business part will be short and sweet.

We're inviting everyone - old and new participants, casual or serious mutual-aiders.

Please be in touch if you'd like to offer activities, food, or drinks, or if you'd like to run for the Board.

Also be in touch if you'd like to attend but have barriers we could help with.

Meanwhile, feel free to join or poke around at madisonman.coop - where timebanking is alive and well, alongside other forms of cooperative sharing and exchange.

Visit the calendar for more, or email with questions or to set up an orientation.

Hope to see you soon!
