Special Event
• Sharefest/SJC Jubilee – October 17th Bands, food, drink, raffle, swap, sharing, and workshops! Annual fundraiser for the SJC and celebration for Madison MAN! Reach out to info@madisonman.coop if you have a workshop you’d like to host! More details to follow!
Future Events
• Madison MAN trivia - We are in the process of planning a trivia night as a way to build community and fundraise for the co-op. Keep your eye out for more on this, and please reach out if interested in planning!
News
• An additional community meal will be hosted in August at Bad Art Co in Oregon WI. Join us September 20th 4-7 pm. This will be a potluck with cheesy rice this month. Please sign up here if interested, but everyone is welcome! Additional dishes/sides/desserts are welcome but not required! No outside drinks please.
We will also host a plant swap this month at this event.
• Everywhere Gardens has had a great season far! They have been gardening at member’s properties and Troy Farms! If you are interested in either gardening or have a garden/space that could become a garden to share, please fill out this survey.
• Additional Swap! Will be hosted in Oregon at the Oregon Library September 2nd 5:30-6:30 pm. We will be hosting more Madison MAN event in the Oregon/Stoughton area! Reach out if interested in hosting events!
• Working on creating a pool of drivers to take other members on errands. We especially need people to drive between the SJC (1202 Williamson) and Occupy Tiny House Villages (1901 Aberg and 201 S. Stoughton) on upcoming weekends. Please reach out if interested, whether for the SJC and Occupy Tiny House Villages driver pool or future driver pools!
• We are looking for event hosts including for Swap! and Supper Club. Reach out if interested!
• Community Care Teams provide support such as: Wellness Support, Transportation, Cleaning, Cooking, Yard Care, Companionship, Medical and Legal Advocacy. Fill out this Survey if interested!
