Join us for a weekend of fun, connection, learning, and action toward a neighborly global economy, powered by mutual aid
The HUMANs global cooperative network (which we founded here in Madison) host a Solidarity Summit every quarter, in the weekend nearest to the Solstice or Equinox. Our aim is to host a place for people to find each other and work together or harmoniously to build a solidarity neighborly economy.
We'll host from SJC on Saturday 12/20, starting with a little potluck breakfast at 10:30 and ending with an outdoor fireside party and swap, 3:30-5. With lots of connection and learning in between.
Sunday is all online and we'll focus on technical support for mutual aid projects, then the cost of housing - how mutual aid could help.
We end at 2:30 because at 3 The Longest Night Homeless Persons' Memorial Service begins at the Capitol.
